From the 27 to the 30 November, two representatives of Siné Saloum, Mr Famara Sarr, Vice President of the Regional Council of Fatick and Ms Diallo, Minister of the Environment, came to Morbihan at the request of Mr Coumba Ndoffène Diouf, President of the Region.

On November 9 in the WTM of London, the board had admitted 4 members: Horta Bay (Portugal), Roses Bay (Spain), Fort de France Bay (Martinique) and La Baule Bay (France).
